if you create the event, can't you invite all members via an invite link or select from the list of members via the same link (i don't remember exactly what it's called)? i ask because i'm not clear on what i can do as an administrator/creator that a member can't....everyone on the site is my friend, i think, and that makes things easier. it really sucks that heidi can access this thing at work...i wonder how many other people are having problems. thanks again, though, for giving this a go. keep me posted on how things are working and have fun this weekend

Thanks for the recommendation Oliver...we actually had a helmet, but I TR'd it twice before leading, and felt very comfortable with the climb. In the future though... : )
